This Privacy and Cookies Policy for the website http://bluemandarin.pl/, hereinafter referred to as the Website, defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel in connection with Users' use of the Website, as well as their use of the reservation system available on the site.

§ 1 Definitions

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms are adopted: Controller - Maciej Wąsik, operating a business under the name Play Media Maciej Wąsik at ul. Stogi 20a, 82-200 Malbork, NIP 5792033689, owner of the Blue Mandarin Apartments brand. Website - the service available at http://bluemandarin.pl/ Reservation system - the hotel reservation system available at http://bluemandarin.pl/rezerwacja User - any entity that browses the content of the Website. GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§ 2 Personal Data

The Controller of the User's personal data, within the meaning of the GDPR, is the Administrator. The User can provide their personal data to the Controller through forms available on the Website, particularly the reservation form. The legal basis for processing Users' personal data is the voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent of the User, expressed through the appropriate form on the Website. Personal data may also be processed in cases where the Controller is authorized to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or in order to fulfill a contract concluded between the parties. Personal data provided by the User to the Controller through the reservation form are processed for the purpose of executing a short-term rental agreement concluded remotely via the reservation system. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to be able to conclude a sales agreement with the Controller. Personal data will be processed until the agreement is fulfilled and the Controller's statutory obligations are met. Personal data provided by the User to the Controller through electronic correspondence are processed to respond to the sent inquiry. The Controller may transfer personal data to entities with whose help they achieve the purposes indicated in the preceding points (e.g., companies providing hosting services, a company providing a reservation system, courier companies). The Controller guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to them. Personal data are collected with due diligence and are adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons, and their processing is carried out in accordance with and on the conditions specified in detail in: a. § 3 User's Rights

The User has the rights specified in the legal acts mentioned in § 2, point 9, including in particular: d. the right to access their data e. the right to rectify data f. the right to restrict data processing g. the right to object to data processing h. the right to data erasure (the so-called right to be forgotten) i. the right to data portability j. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Controller. The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, if the User has previously given such consent. § 4 Collected Information

When the User uses the Website, data about the User are automatically collected. These data include: the User's IP address, the date and time of logging in to the server, and information about the web browser and operating system used. This data may be collected by cookies and may also be saved in server logs. The data saved in server logs are not in any way linked to specific entities using the Website and are not used by the Controller to identify the User. Server logs are used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server. Cookies are files sent to the User's computer or other device (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet) while browsing the Website. The data provided by the User or collected automatically are used by the Controller for the purpose of:
