It all started with the owner, Maciej, who was soon joined by Marika. From there, things moved at lightning speed, and today, 10 years later, we are a tight-knit team of 17, managing over 300 apartments in the Tri-City.
To make sure everything runs flawlessly, we’ve organized ourselves into specialized departments: customer service, technical support, sales, finance, and marketing. And while the legendary "family atmosphere" often sounds like a cliché in job postings, with us, it actually exists!
A fair price, high standards, and a prime location are the absolute foundation. However, our goal is something more - we want our guests to feel truly welcome. We know how much energy you put into your daily responsibilities. On vacation, you just want to turn off your brain for a moment and be taken care of and we completely understand that.
